It explains how TRAiDESMEN LLC ("TRAiDESMEN," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the TRAiDESMEN platform and services ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
TRAiDESMEN LLC is a South Carolina limited liability company that provides an AI-powered back office platform for independent trades businesses, including AI phone answering, appointment booking, voice-to-quote, bookkeeping, and related services. Our registered address is 6650 Rivers Ave., STE 100, Charleston, SC 29406.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you sign up for TRAiDESMEN or use our Platform, we collect information you provide, including: business name and legal name on license, owner name and contact information, cell phone number, email address, service area, business address, website domain preferences, business logo and brand assets, Google Calendar credentials, Google Business Profile review link, bank statements (All-In plan only), receipt photos (All-In plan only), authorized receipt sender phone numbers (All-In plan only), existing accountant or CPA contact information (All-In plan only), and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When customers call your TRAiDESMEN business number, our Platform automatically collects: inbound caller phone numbers, call recordings and transcriptions, customer names, addresses, and job details, appointment booking details, call timestamps and duration, and SMS message content related to bookings and notifications. When you use receipt scanning (All-In plan), we collect receipt photos and extracted expense data.
2.3 Information from Third-Party Integrations
The Platform integrates with Google Calendar, Stripe, Twilio, Vapi, and Anthropic, which may provide us with information necessary to operate our services.
2.4 Usage and Technical Data
We may collect technical data including IP address, device information, browser type, pages visited, features used, and error logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: answer inbound calls and book appointments on your behalf, create and manage Google Calendar events, send SMS notifications, generate voice-to-quote PDFs and Stripe payment links, process receipt photos and categorize expenses, deliver weekly call summary emails every Monday, deliver monthly Profit & Loss reports (All-In plan), send quarterly IRS estimated tax deadline reminders (All-In plan), request Google reviews from your customers after completed appointments, process subscription payments through Stripe, send account-related communications, and respond to support requests.
4. Information About Your Customers
4.1 Your Customers' Data
When TRAiDESMEN answers calls or sends messages on your behalf, we collect information about your customers — including their names, phone numbers, addresses, and job details — solely to provide the Platform services to you.
4.2 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your customers' data. By using the Platform, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to collect and share their information with TRAiDESMEN, and that you have informed your customers that calls may be recorded.
4.3 Call Recording Disclosure
The TRAiDESMEN Platform records and transcribes customer calls. An in-call disclosure is played to callers at the start of every AI-answered call indicating that the call may be recorded. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state call recording and wiretapping laws.
4.4 SMS and Automated Communications
The Platform sends automated SMS messages on your behalf including appointment booking confirmations, booking notification texts to you, Google review requests (Agency and All-In), receipt scan confirmations (All-In), voice-to-quote delivery (Agency and All-In), and emergency escalation alerts. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have obtained valid prior express written consent from each recipient as required by the TCPA. Customers may opt out by replying STOP to any message.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: Anthropic (AI processing), Vapi (voice AI and call handling), Twilio (telephony and SMS), Google (calendar integration and review requests), Stripe (payment processing), and our white-label CPA partner for All-In bookkeeping services. We may also disclose information as required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Following cancellation, we retain your data for thirty (30) days during which you may request an export. After that period, your data will be deleted unless retention is required by applicable law.
7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, access controls, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe. No system is completely secure.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@traidesmen.ai. You may request an export of your data at any time while your account is active or within 30 days of cancellation.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for use by business owners and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Your use of Google, Stripe, Twilio, Vapi, and Anthropic services is subject to their own privacy policies.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email at least fourteen (14) days before changes take effect.
